A huge Thank You from the HOAME club to The Roasterie for hosting our spring Sponsor and Volunteer Appreciation Party in their brand new event space. Roasterie staff helped us dress up the “Bean Hangar” by hanging our show banners to complement the giant disco ball. Of course plenty of fresh Roasterie coffee and tea was served. It was a gala affair for the 2012 Vintage Show supporters, and an opportunity to look ahead to the 2013 show in June.

Rescue Riders www.rescueriders.org is promoting two accident scene management courses on the weekend of February 23-24.

Rescue Riders are trained to render aid at the scene of an accident until professional EMS personal make it to the scene. Rescue Riders volunteer at local, motorcycle rides and events.

Basic class – “A Crash Course for the Motorcyclist” Feb. 23rd
Advanced class – “Advanced Bystander Assistance” Feb 24th.
